Under no circumstances can credit be considered unless the original INVOICE NUMBER accompanies the goods.
Undamaged goods returned within 14 days from invoice date will incur a 10% HANDLING CHARGE.
Goods returned after 14 days from invoice date, no credit will be allowed.
No credit will be allowed on any item having a list value of less than $10.00.
No credit will be allowed on electrical items.
No credit will be allowed on any item, or items, which are not normal stock lines (and have been produced at your request).
Note: WARRANTIES ARE VOID ON BOTH MINING RELATED VEHICLES AND MODIFIED VEHICLES.
In case of a Warranty Claim, please contact your place of purchase, who will then notify Terrain Tamer head office and begin the correct procedure for return.
