A Letter From My Clutch with A.G. from TT

Wednesday, 31 March 2021 11:27

Somebody needs to tell that middle-aged coot a few home truths about caring for his clutch.

You would think that he would have learned a thing or two about driving by now. He thinks he is still on his horse and cart! Every time he does a clumsy gearshift in his ute I wear out the equivalent of 10 normal starts fair-dinkum, my temperature nearly goes through the bonnet I've been known to reach 600 degrees in the good old farenheit system. I mean red hot is around 800F. Phew!

Come on get your act together and learn to synchronize your gearchanges so that there is no sudden increase or decrease in vehicle movement when re-engaging the clutch. Follow these instructions and I'll be yours for life. (Promise).
